_meet-ups

AM+G_meet-ups is a series of artist talks where a selected number of artists present their work to the community. Free of charge, this series is at the heart of AM+G_collective.

We believe presenting your work to an audience is a great way to practice talking about your work in a productive way. We encourage audience questions to further foment discourse surrounding concepts and art practices. We want artists to have the opportunity to share their work and attendees to learn about it.

If you are interested in presenting, please send your portfolio to us for review. If invited, you will be asked to send a few work images, an artist portrait, along with your artist statement, bio, and website. These will be used to promote the event on our diverse platforms.

During the event, you are invited to present your practice, a project, or a proposed concept to the community. We welcome all kinds of proposals!
